Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on the extensive reviews and satisfied customers, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right…
- If your decide, upon receipt of your order, that you do not wish to keep your pies, we can provide a refund. This requires return of the order, and a processing fee of 25%.
- If your order is not delivered to you within 7 days of shipping, we will confirm this through your orders USPS shipment tracking, and then provide a full replacement at no cost, or a full refund.
- If your order arrives damaged and inedible we will provide a full replacement or refund – your choice. Please reply to your order email, within 5 days of delivery, with a photo of your damaged order.
- Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the email and evidence. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 businesses days to reach your account.
- All refunds are through the same form of payment used when your order was placed.
