  • If your order is not delivered to you within 7 days of shipping, we will confirm this through your orders USPS shipment tracking, and then provide a full replacement at no cost, or a full refund.
  • If your order arrives damaged and inedible we will also provide a full replacement or refund – your choice. Please reply to your order email with a photo of your damaged order.
  • Refund are issued within 48 hours of receiving the email and evidence. Please note that refunds can take 3-5 businesses days to reach your account.
  • All refund are through the same form of payment used when your order was placed.

  • We will cover all charges for refunds and replacements.
