    I didn’t care for the type of apples used,. They didn’t have much flavor. I also felt you were a little heavy handed on the cinnamon and other seasoning. Everything else was excellent!

    The website was very easy to navigate, and the prices were listed clearly without any glitching. However, it’s VERY CRUCIAL & IMPORTANT that Shaba’s includes USPS tracking so that they can keep a consistent customer basis. Guessing when your pies are arriving is not a good feeling as a paid customer. This especially important during COVID-19 because orders could be delayed, which is understandable. However, customers should be able to track their order(s), especially if the pies is being delivered by a company like USPS where they offer tracking services. If Shaba’s adds the USPS tracking feature, the website will be perfect:)
