I live in Georgia. Sent my dad who lives in Nevada a bean pie for Father’s Day. Pie was intact, and he enjoyed it. Only critique was that it was a little too much cinnamon.
It was easy to place my order in the website. It’s not complicated at all.
The website was a little worrisome when the cart occasionally disappeared with a refresh. So I thought it cleared until I checked directly.
Otherwise, it was great. The delivery was a day early so that was a bonus and I liked how quickly my emails were responded to.

The pie was good and the crust was good too just wish it was a little bit thicker.
I used to go to “Your Black Muslim Bakery” for bean pie. I think it was pretty news when they were shut down and the owner I believe is or was in jail. Your bean pie ok but it’s not THAT bean pie. I’m guessing their bean pie is gone forever. If you know anything about this I’d love to hear from you.

The pie was very good but the crust is to soft, it crumbles as soon as you touch it. Itdoes need to have a little more cushion between 2 pies so that the crust does not break up when you unwrap it.
I liked, but did not love this one. I would buy one of these again to increase my order for the free shipping.
This is the reason I made the purchase. I grew up in 1960s Brooklyn, New York and bean pies were a part of that experience. This pie was extremely tasty. But I like mine more firm. This was a bit mushy.
