The pie did not taste as fresh as I would’ve like it to considering it took a week to come to me. Overall, it was still good.

website was ok, I did not interact with customer service, Pie was delivered without issue. I would have preferred the pie either come shipped in some type of ice/cold pack or be frozen due to concerns with freshness.
Pie is a good price I guess, I haven’t brought a pie in along time, I haven’t had a bean pie in 10 yrs, I like bean pies, but didn’t know where to get one. Now I know I can order one and it will be delivered in a timely manner.

Good tasting pies, like the old fashion ordinal I was use to eating back in the 70s. Just need to have a faster shipping arrangements to retain a little more texture. Other than that, I plan to reorder soon.
I’d like a tad more sugar, but that’s my personal preference.

When receiving the email that our items have shipped, I expected to see a USPS tracking number as well, as that’s a standard practice from almost any business these days. This way, I can keep on the lookout for the delivery, especially since it’s a perishable item. The website is easy to navigate and read. FAQs and including the history behind the bean pie are great. Email reply for order submission and delivery also on point.
The texture, appearance, and taste all pretty good.
